Inlet Reef Condo Rentals

Our family had a great time this week. We were very pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of our condo. The pool and hot tub area was nice, and we appreciated the security of the property. We are looking forward to coming back again!

Room #502 was spectacular. Staff was excellent. We stayed 12 days and it went way to fast of course. Note: a big plus was being able to keep my boat, with security , on your property. Had a great time in Destin. Our condo had amazing beachfront views. Would definitely return. Called the office to notify them of our late check in and had everything when we arrived. Condo offered beach service which was a plus. Only complaint was how close the chairs were set up and how even when your neighbors were whispering you could still hear their conversations.

I would like to say that staying at the inlet reef club was the best experience me and my family have ever had. We go on vacation twice a year once in the summer and once in the winter. Toni Farello has a Beautiful condo 616 with beach access and a personal attendant. There is security and I never once had to worry about my daughters going to the beach on their own. On top of the breathtaking views the inlet reef club is centrally located to all the stores you may need to buy groceries to stay in and cook. Everything we needed to cook with was already in the condo. There is a wet bar on the huge patio and the bedrooms are spacious as well as the dining area. Me and my family will be returning to stay here again. For me to say that means a lot of what I thought about our experience. The water is absolutely gorgeous and the staff was completely professional. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a wonderful condo to spend time with your family. Thank you Toni for helping build memories with my family that they will always remember. My wife calls this her new Happy Place !!

We rent a lot of condos! This one is wonderful. From the beginning of the booking process the rental company was very easy to work with and are professional. The condo is well appointed. The pictures of the beach view online really don't do justice to the gorgeous view one has in this unit. We had a small issue with a cleanliness problem in the guest bath and it was taken care if immediately. It was not a big deal at all. We highly recommend this unit!

First time at this condo. It was spacious, warm, comfortable, very welcoming and clean. The pictures do not do it justice. We felt so at home here. The kitchen had everything we needed expect groceries and a chef would have been nice haha! The views of the gulf from the balcony were breathtaking. Everything from beach, pool, tennis courts, outdoor grills, hot tub, shuffle board and more were just steps away. The staff at Inlet Reef were courteous and very helpful especially for newcomers like us. There are many wonderful restaurants, shopping close by. We would recommend this condo to anyone who would like a great week at the beach with all the comforts of home.

Every time I come to this gorgeous condo, I am stunned by its spaciousness. Everything we need is here except the groceries. We sit on the balcony and enjoy the awesome view of the Gulf and the bay as we sip our coffee and read books. Being right on the beach makes it easy to slip back and forth from condo to water in a matter of minutes. There is a huge heated pool with hot tub, bathroom, showers, and grills. Convenience is everything! We will be back this summer. My home away from home. Love it! Janice J

Had a great vacation at Inlet Reef this January. We stayed in Unit #616 and were very pleased with this unit. It is nicely appointed, 4 televisions, ceiling fans, and great beds. I so enjoyed the deck, watching the fishing boats, listening to the waves and laughter of family fun times. From the deck you have great views of the Gulf, the beach, and Harbor life. This kitchen was easy to manage with an abundance of dishes and cooking utensils. Inlet Reef Condo offers a heated pool, workout room, shuffle board, tennis and Jacuzzi, Sauna, grills, security, and more. On Site Holiday Isle Properties check-in makes arrivals, departures very easy. Being on Holiday Isle you feel safe and secluded. Hope to return this summer I would highly recommend this unit to renters. Donna

My wife, several friends, and I celebrated the New Year in Destin at Inlet Reef, unit #616. As always we had a wonderful get away. The unit is roomy, clean, and comfortable. The floor plan is great with beautiful views of the Gulf and DestinHarbor. Inlet Reef offers many amenities; I especially like the workout room and hot tub. Having Security and Holiday Isle Property rental management on site is a plus. We have enjoyed many family times in unit #616, we will return soon, looking forward to the Beach Chair Service starting in the Spring. MS

This condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained, with all the amenities of home. We enjoyed cooking dinner in most nights. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The beds and sofas were comfortable and the washer and drier were a big bonus! Inlet Reef was clean and comfortable complete with a courteous staff!!

This property is just as pretty as the pics show. The view of the ocean is amazing and dolphins can be seen swimming/playing right outside. This was our first trip to Destin and we will definitely be back soon.

Loved our stay at the inlet reef 310. Our kids loved the pool and easy beach access. Staff members were very prompt and friendly. The only negative thing I would say is the construction that was going on in the condo next door. We had to leave our condo a few times because of the noise but understand renovations have to happen. Other than the construction we have no other complaints and will be back again! Note From Holiday Isle Properties: We are so sorry to hear your stay was less than perfect. We strive for every guest to have the perfect vacation and unfortunately there was a unit nearby that was being remodeled causing the noise you heard. The unit has since been completed and the noise issue is now resolved. Thanks for staying with us and we hope to see you again.

This was our first family trip with our three kids ages 4, 7, and 9! And this place was beyond amazing! The view was gorgeous! The upkeep and cleanliness of the condo was spectacular! If you're looking for the best way to enjoy your trip to Destin, look no further than this condo! Our group of friends enjoyed beautiful ocean and pool views from the condo's sixth floor balcony (but don't worry about having to climb--it's very close to the elevator!). We also really appreciated the amenities the condo had to offer--plenty of living room furniture for lounging, a huge ice-maker, and blender for those pina coladas! The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs--perfect for a casual breakfast or afternoon cocktails. An amazing place to stay!

The condo was beyond expectation. Right on the beach, everything has been updated and worked. The staff was gracious and the security officer went out of the way to provide assistance. Now that we have discovered this rental we would never stay anyplace else.

We were pleased with Inlet Reef and pleased with our unit, in particular. Parking was convenient. Beach access was easy. The unit was well updated. Had a very comfortable stay. My only mild negative is that I would have liked to have had ceiling fans in the bedrooms. That's very minor, though. The AC was more than sufficient in keeping all of us cool.

We stayed at Inlet Reef, unit 412. It was great, very clean and seemed larger than most 2 br condos we have stayed in. Would definitely stay here again. The area is perfect, Holiday Isle is a bit quieter and less traffic than the places right on 98.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was right on the beach and very near to many restaurants and stores so when we did drive around we did not have to go far. We had an amazing view the entire time which was one of our favorite parts. It was money well spent and I would suggest this place to anyone. The condo was beautiful. Awesome view, clean, and adequately stocked. The only issue was that we could not get the wifi to work even after calling for assistance. However, it was nice to disconnect for a few days.

We will certainly book this condo in the future. It had everything we needed for an 8 day vacation with our adult children, dog, and two young grandchildren. The washer/dryer set were lifesavers. The listing description was completely accurate. I do believe that more emphasis should have been put on the great view of the ocean. The deck had a heavy wood table set, which was great for relaxing day or night. The layout, location, and amenities couldn't have been any better if we had built the place ourselves. We are so thankful that you allowed us to bring our dog and grandchildren (there are places that don't allow one or the other) and that we spent our time in Destin at your wonderful condo. We will be back!

First, let me say we spent most of the time at the beach or at the pool. However, for the time spent at the condo, it was amazing! Sure, the balcony wasn't huge, but you have to understand that for a small family like ours, it was perfect. The view was pleasantly peaceful. We enjoyed sitting out there watching the sunrise and sunset, as well as the tides. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and had a homely feel. But or favorite part were the beds. You would have the best rest possible, that going to sleep late or waking up early wouldn't be a chore. We would definitely go back, especially if we got the same place.

A wonderful and comfortable condo! Clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with any cooking utensil needed. The balcony was a bit small but adequate for a table and a lounge chair. The beach view was at a slant but you could easily see it and enjoy the beach view. The Holiday Isle app was a nice techy touch and helped keep us up to date on our rental.

I enjoyed my stay at Inlet Reef 306 very much. The only thing I wish the rental would have had was a chain lock for the front door because I was unable to let my 3 year old sleep in the bedroom (twin beds) in fear that he would wake up in the middle of the night and go out the door without my knowledge. He ended up sleeping in the middle of his father and me all week in the king size bed. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!! Thanks so much!! :)

My husband and I come to Destin every October.  We love the fishing Rodeo.  Your condo is our favorite!  The view was wonderful.  We spent many hours watching the surf and surfers.  The dolphins made several appearances too.

Meet expectations on the View which is spectacular but the the accommodations are very outdated. Peeling wallpaper,worn cabinets. Bathrooms definitely needs updates, ceilings peeling and grout is moldy. We spoke with the staff and showed the unit to them Utensils are needing to be reviewed and many need to be tossed.

This is a great condo! This is our 5th trip to Destin, and we’ve stayed at Inlet Reef every time, but this is the best condo we’ve been in so far. The view of the gulf is great as with any gulf front condo, but this one has had some renovations that makes it a step above some of the others. It really adds to the vacation experience to have a “home” atmosphere rather than a tired rental. We really appreciate the owners allowing us to rent such an awesome place and we promise to leave it as well as we found it.

We came in for a veterinarian convention. The condominium was very well maintained and extremely spacious. Property accepted pets which was a plus for us. Property in general was well kept and managed with excellent on site security. Highly recommend this property!

We had quite an adventure during our stay, with Hurricane Michael we were evacuated and fortunately nothing bad happened. We were able to return to the condo and enjoy the rest of our stay! “The accommodations were awesome and our family enjoyed the place like a home away from home. The views from the balcony were beautiful and we were even lucky to see dolphins swim by. We absolutely loved our stay in Inlet Reef 209! We had a great family vacation and the beach and gulf were awesome as well! The condo was perfect for the 7 of us and even nicer than the pictures! AMAZING VIEWS!!!! Two different days I sat and watched dolphins play in the water right in front of us. Getting to the beach was super easy too, and the beach set-up was nice to have and not to worry if we weren't on the beach early enough!

Very comfortable place, close to pool area. View from balcony is perfect. We loved taking long walks on the beach and in the surrounding neighborhood. Condo had everything you would need as described in listing. You could walk(1.4 mi) to two great local restaurants and a coffee shop. Only slight downside was a rather lumpy master bedroom mattress. Would stay here again!

Great location and view from the balcony! Excellent for watching dolphins or soaking up a few rays. Easy beach access and great pool as well. Wonderful to bounce between both and the condo with the kiddos. Loved that the location is not right off the main road; traffic was very manageable and it was easy to make grocery store runs. Be sure to bring any cooking spices or coffee filters needed as these were not provided. Slightly annoying that the cabana rentals took up so much space on the beach, but we were very happy with the relative lack of crowds and the kid friendly nature of the beach. Would stay again!

The accommodations were excellent! We have a family of 4 and had friends and family visit with us at various times. Plenty of space and perfect for sleeping arrangements. The condominium was immaculate & very well stocked for a comfortable stay. Very well stocked! We stayed for an entire month and needed nothing by way of appliance or dish. It truly feels like home! The location was perfect for our needs & very convenient to everything. My father is in a wheelchair and being on the 6th floor was NEVER a problem. The condo is very close to the elevator. Also, don't let the fact that it's on the side of the building deter you! The views from her balcony and windows are breathtaking! You can see dolphins, fish, etc better than if you were on the beach! Best place for reflection with morning coffee! We have been staying in this condo for the past 6 years and look forward to many more! Thank you for making this a great experience. ---

We loved staying here! It was the perfect place for our family’s vacation trip. It has direct access to the beach, pool and hot tub. There are also some grills by the pool that you can use. They even had some tennis courts that my husband and brother got to play in. The condo was clean and spacious. The couches and beds were very comfortable. It is located near the heart of Destin, so everything is very accessible. We definitely hope to go back soon!

Can't really describe how wonderful this Condo rental in Destin was. It was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed for our family of six. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The view was magnificent. I can't recommend this condo highly enough. Plus it is very convenient to the elevator.

I cannot say enough about the week we spent in this condo.  It was just as the pictures that were shown.  Very spacious, and love that both bedrooms had king size beds.  Not only that, but the condo had provided towels and we had access to a washer and dryer in the condo.  What a Plus! The kitchen had enough dishes for the family when we decided to stay in and have a meal.  Another HUGE Plus……..Location, Location, Location!  Beautiful views and easy access to the beach.  Loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

Very spacious! More than enough room for all of us! Beautifully set up! Had absolutely everything we needed! Even washer and dryer which was so convenient since we had 4 kids with us. All we really had to do was buy groceries! The check in staff was amazing! They made the check in so easy! The young man on the beach was super helpful setting up umbrella and beach chairs! Location was nice too! We weren’t in the middle of the everything but close enough! And so many restaurants, stores, etc nearby! Had the best time and would definitely be back! Thanks for the great memories!

Staying in this condo was a large part of what made our Christmas vacation in Destin so wonderful. We found it to be spacious, very clean with modern updates.  The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook and serve a family meal. The ocean view from the large balcony was absolutely beautiful.   It’s located in a very nice area close to a variety of terrific restaurants and shopping. We traveled with our little dogs and found ourselves amazed with the super large well kept pet walking area. Toni is a friendly lady and made the booking process extremely easy. The building staff including the guard seemed to really enjoy their jobs. We felt the money we spent for our stay was a bargain for what this condo offers.  We are already making plans to return next

We had a GREAT time! It was 65 degrees outside, but the heated pool was warm enough to swim in and the beach was OK for a light jacket in the shade or a swimsuit in the sun. It was easy to get to the pool and the beach. The unit was clean and felt spacious! The area is very nice, surrounded by fancy beach homes. The condos are in a a gated area and felt private/safe. The beach service was great. We will be back!

We came as a blended family. My son, 4 years old, was able to have both his sisters and his grandparents (both sides). Your condo provided the most adequate space and accommodations for us all. I already want to plan my next visit. There is nothing as beautiful as the views from all these windows! The TV in the living room is phenomenal! (Picture Quality). We enjoyed the balcony, the paintings, the complementary beach chairs, and the pool. We can't wait to come back and see the divine beauty of God's creation again soon!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo! We were a family of 5 including mom, dad & 8 year old from Illinois and grandparents from the Lake of the Ozarks, MO. The condo was perfect and THAT VIEW! The décor is exceptional and the location can't be beat! We enjoyed the nearby restaurants including AJ's at the Haborwalk and Lulu's! Grandpa has had some recent health issues, so having the huge TV was a great way for him to take a break. The condo was very clean and well supplied. Thanks so much for providing a wonder meeting spot! I hope we can visit in the future!

The ice machine in the garage on the way to the beach was another nice touch. The pool had a hot tub also. The parking was gate secured, as was the pool/beach access. We were very happy with the visit and condo.

Really nice updated condo. Unit is not facing the beach but there’s still a view of the gulf from the balcony and you’re just steps from the beach. The amenities included with this unit are a pleasant bonus (beach setup, pool, gym, sauna). I was impressed with the cleanliness of this place and would definitely stay here again. Oh and if you have kids they’ll give you beach toys at the front desk.

We have been coming to Destin Florida for over 30 years with our family. We have stayed in several condo in the area. We have stayed at the Islander, Holiday Surf & Rec, Oceania, & Jetty East. We really like the Inlet Ref the best. We have stayed in several different condos at the Inlet Ref but I will have to say 402 has been our best. The decor is beautiful. I loved that we had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels and toilet tissue, and I loved the pictures of the kids. It made it feel like home. The view was perfect! The room looked very clean except for the floors. There was a water bottle left under the master bedroom bed. Other than the floors, everything was really nice. I will try to book this condo again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This was a much-needed vacation for my family. Everything was lovely, unit#307 was clean and the beachfront view was beautiful, I sat on the balcony every night and peacefully meditated to the sound of the waves.. Everyone was very friendly and the office manager was very professional and accommodating, We are planning on returning before this year is over. Destin Beach is now my new happy place...... We had a “cousin’s” retreat and 6 of us stayed in this condo. We loved the openness of the living area….and the light from all of the windows was awesome. The master bedroom was a great size with plenty of bathroom counter space. The other 2 bedrooms were a nice size and held 2 people each very easily. With the unit being situated at the end of the complex…it allowed for quiet and nice privacy. Just perfect! I’d love to take my husband back for an extended stay! Inlet Reef is also on Holiday Isle. It’s far enough off of the main road to be “private”…but you can also get to many great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping in no time. Two thumbs way up! I definitely recommend this beautiful condo!

First time staying at Inlet Reef. We will be staying here again. The condo was spacious and very comfortable and kitchen was well stock. It was clean and well kept. The views of the gulf and the city from the balcony were beautiful. The pool area was great and the outdoor grills were very convenient. I loved the walk to the beach was so easy and close. The beach chairs were setup for us every day. The complex & dog areas were very well kept. The staff at Inlet Reef were courteous and very helpful. There were stores, shops & restaurants close by. We would recommend this condo to anyone for a great vacation at the beach.

Inlet Reef 618 was very clean and comfortable. We received excellent customer service. We noticed error codes on the refrigerator/freezer, which we reported to the office, and in a short time, a backup refrigerator was delivered. Not only did they do this on a Sunday but it was already cold. They had it all ready for use. The staff were very kind and helpful. The grounds were quite secure as a gated community and security personnel. The tennis courts are under repair but I understood that we could have made arrangements to use the courts at condominium next door if we wanted to do so. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The beach was clean with beautiful white soft sand. This was an excellent vacation spot.

My sister, and our 3 girls went for spring break and it was amazing! Everyday all throughout the day you could see dolphins! The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning! Love the heated pool and the very short walk down to the beach! All the beds were very comfortable with high end pillows, bedding and linen.

I’m so glad I stayed! From checking in…to checking out I had no issues. Everything was smooth and easy, it was so beautiful and peaceful! Everyone was such a pleasure and so welcoming! Every store, restaurants and other attractions were no further than 10-15 mins away !! The pictures did no justice, the view had me up at 5am just to sit on the balcony to watch the dolphins every morning! I loved it, so did my family. I can’t wait to go back! We are from Ohio and we decided to have a mother and daughters trip to relax and get away from our routine and to enjoy the ocean. It has been a wonderful week here. Everything was perfect! The pictures do not do this condo justice. We loved everything about it! We have been going to Destin for 30+ years and this is now our favorite condo. You will definitely be spoiled by the ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings and having wine and watching the sunset in the evenings. Pool and hot tub were very clean and everyone on the property was so friendly. In addition to the actual "guest bedroom" with bunk beds/trundle, there are also a set of bunk beds in a small room that has the washer/dryer in closet, which is hard to tell by the pictures. (Just an FYI, there is an iron/ironing board there and also a hair dryer which aren't listed). You can't beat the beach service that is included seasonally. I can't say enough good things about this rental! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

While there are so many great Destin attractions near by, we spent a majority of our time on the beach and at the pool/hot tub onsite. The spacious property gave everyone their own space, while also having plenty of seating in the living and dining areas. We will 100% be back to this place for any of our trips to Destin!!

Very clean, spacious, with a gorgeous view of the beach and a very short walk to the beach and pool. At check in, they kindly gifted my daughters with beach toys and Easter toys, and they had an Easter egg hunt on the beach for kids on Easter Sunday. The unit had more than enough bath towels and blankets, and even included 2 chairs on the beach with an umbrella which was helpful given that we had flown in from out of town and couldn’t bring those things. It was a wonderful stay!
