Holiday Isle Properties is proud to present Inlet Reef 405, a stunning two bedroom condo that has been modified to a three bedroom condo. Includes complimentary beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for 2024 season - starts March 1st and ends October 31st.

The property also has two bathrooms, and is a beach front condo that sleeps ten guests in utmost comfort and ease. The owners have done top-to-bottom renovations, and have spared no expense in ensuring your Destin vacation will be nothing short of extraordinary.

Upon entering the condo, the open floorplan, recessed LED lighting, Florida Oak tile flooring, and the misty grey walls will sweep you off your feet. From entering the front door, you will come to the open Kitchen on your right. The Kitchen has a plethora of granite counter space, slate grey appliances, and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal.

Adjacent to the Kitchen is the Bunk Bed Room. This room has a two Twin Beds custom built into Bunk Beds, and comes with a flat screen HDTV and a DVD player. Also in the Bunk Bed Room is a closet and a high efficiency washer and dryer combo.

On the other side of the Kitchen is the Dining Area. Centered by a chandelier, the rectangular wood Dining Table is set for six guests, with additional bar seating available for four guests. Just past the Dining Area is the Living Room.

The Living Room offers 65 inch  Roku 4K HDR TV, HD Cable, a Blu Ray player, Netflix w/4K, a recliner, a couch, a Sofa Sleeper that doubles as a Queen bed with a Memory Foam mattress, and balcony access.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a wall mounted HDTV, HD Cable with BluRay, a plush chair, a walk in closet, and a preparation area with a granite encased vanity. The Master Bedroom also has sliding glass doors that leads to the condo’s balcony. These sliding glass doors come with a retractable screen so you can sleep at night listening to the waves roll in from the Gulf of Mexico. The Master Bathroom has a Kohler Moxie® walk in shower with rock flooring. The shower head in the Master Bathroom has a Bluetooth enabled speaker, so you can use your smart phone, computer, or iPad to listen to music while you get ready for the day or night.

The Guest Bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen HDTV and two Full Beds. The Guest Bathroom is adjacent to the Guest Bedroom and accessed via the hallway. This bathroom comes with an eight jet Suzuki whirlpool shower/bathtub combination.

As stunning and perfect as this condo is on the inside, the true grandeur resides on the condo’s balcony. The hexagonal balcony comes with a granite encased wet bar with a built in bottle opener, an outside dining table, and plenty of outside seating. The unique shape of the balcony allows the condo to retain an unobstructed 180 degree view of Destin’s famous emerald green waters and sugar white sands.
